As this is a digital product/service, all sales are generally final and non‑refundable once access or files have been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in special cases such as:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

Technical issues where the customer never received access or files and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

No refunds will be given if:

You changed your mind after purchase

You do not like the content or feel it is “not useful” after downloading/using it

You entered the wrong email/phone number and did not receive access because of that

To request a refund (where applicable), you must contact the seller within 3 days of purchase with your payment proof and order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
